Raspberry Crumb

Raspberry Crumble
This amazing dessert is ready in record time. Entertaining cannot get any easier if you include this in the entertaininment menu.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Raspberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, toss raspberries, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla.
- Let them macerate for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, brown sugar, and nutmeg.
- Using fork, stir in room temperatuer butter until incorporated and crumbly.
- Divide the fruit equally in 8 (4-inch) ramekins.
- Add equal amount of crumble topping on each portion of raspberries.
- Arrange ramekins on a parchment lined baking sheet to catch any spills.
- Bake until fruit is bubbling all over and topping is golden brown, about 35 minutes. transfer the ramekins to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve with ice cream.
