Method
- In a mixing bowl beat eggs with a fork or an eggbeater.
- Add sugar, flour, and salt and mix to dissolve.
- Add corn syrup and melted butter, mix well.
- Pour the mixture in 9-inch pastry-lined plate.
- Arrange pecans on top of the mixture in a desired pattern. And Cover edges with foil.
- Bake in a 350º oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the knife-inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool, cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving with whipped cream.
